Apple Valley Senior Housing complex consists of 30 one-bedroom apartments; three
of which have been designed to accommodate persons with disabilities. These
apartments are in four single-floor buildings. Each apartment at Apple Valley Senior
Housing is approximately 600 square feet and has an outdoor patio access.
